The Keto Diet
The Ketogenic Diet is all the rage right now, and I have definitely seen some amazing weight loss transformations from it! It's great for weight loss, and has been shown to prevent diabetes, cancer, epilepsy, and Alzheimers. It also can reduce blood sugar and insulin levels (source)!
